PCN Catheter Set – Split Sheath
The ASTER PCN Catheter Set with Split Sheath includes a splittable peel-away dilator sheath that allows the pigtail catheter to be introduced directly through the split sheath without withdrawing the guidewire. This streamlines the procedure by reducing the number of instrument exchanges during tract creation — particularly valuable in fluoroscopy-guided interventions where minimising steps reduces radiation exposure time.

- Initial puncture needle, stainless steel
- PTFE-coated guidewire, stainless steel
- Serial fascial dilators, grey PeBax®
- Split peel-away dilator sheath
- Pigtail catheter with locking suture, blue polyurethane
- Urine bag connector, PVC
