The ASTER PEEK Needle is manufactured from PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone) — a high-performance engineering polymer used in medical devices for its exceptional strength, chemical resistance, and MRI compatibility. Unlike metallic needles, the PEEK Needle is fully radiolucent and creates no MRI artefact, making it ideal for interventions performed under MRI guidance.

The needle maintains the rigidity required for accurate percutaneous puncture while remaining biocompatible and resistant to standard sterilisation methods. The echogenic tip enhances visualisation under ultrasound. The standard Luer-lock hub accepts all conventional syringes and guidewires.

Supplied sterile in individual peel-open packaging. Single use only.
