The ASTER Nephrostomy Drainage Catheter is designed for percutaneous placement into the renal collecting system to provide continuous urinary drainage, relieve obstruction, or allow access for further endoscopic treatment. The pigtail retention configuration anchors the catheter securely within the renal pelvis, preventing accidental dislodgement.

Manufactured from soft, kink-resistant polyurethane with multiple side holes along the distal drainage segment to ensure unobstructed urine outflow even when one hole becomes occluded by debris or mucosa. The catheter is radiopaque throughout its length for fluoroscopic confirmation of placement.

Supplied sterile with a locking-loop mechanism. Single use only.
